Service Information

A unidirectional rinsing operation consists of increasing the speed and flow of water in the various sections of the aqueduct network in order to evacuate the deposits that have accumulated.

Unidirectional Flushing

Unidirectional rinsing (or flushing) is a systematic cleaning of the pipes of the aqueduct network by a series of emptying operations carried out sequentially, ensuring that the water used for cleaning is always clean. The fire hydrants are used for emptying while closing the valves ensures a very precise direction of the water.
